Just wondering if anyone could provide a brief estimate about how much it cost them to get a patent? Or, in general, how much does it cost to get a patent?

If you file for a provisional patent it will cost around $110. A non-provisional application will cost you about $515, but doesn't include the search fee or examination fee. If you are awarded a patent there will be an issue fee, which costs around $650. After that you'll have to pay maintenance fees that occur 3 1/2 years ($465), 7 1/2 years ($1,180), and 11 1/2 years ($1,955). Hope this helped! Best of luck with future endeavors Inventioneer.
